Turkey Dinner Drive

Ohio Electric Control, Inc. puts the Thanks in Thanksgiving this fall with a Turkey Dinner Drive!

Ohio Electric Control, Inc. partnered with ALDI of Ashland, Ohio in order to present more than 50 families with a full Thanksgiving dinner. Bob McMullen, owner of Ohio Electric Control, Inc., wanted to give back to the community this Thanksgiving and no better time than his favorite holiday. Bob is donating 50 dinners to Associated Charities and United Way this November.

  • 12-14 pound turkey
  • 5 lbs. of potatoes
  • 2 cans of corn
  • 2 green beans
  • Can of gravy
  • Box of stuffing 
  • Dinner rolls

Bob then turned to his employees and presented them the challenge of acquiring an additional 25 dinners that Ohio Electric Control, Inc. could present to other families in Ashland County.

In return, on November 12, 2010 employees presented enough money for Ohio Electric Control, Inc. to go out and purchase 108 Thanksgiving Dinners for families in Ashland, Ohio.
